On the 23rd of September 2020, the Annual General Meeting will take place! During this meeting the Annual Report and the Annual Account will be presented and the Candidate Board will present their Policy Plan and Budget. Also, the Board of 2019-2020 will be discharged and there will be voted for the installation of the Candidate Board 2020-2021.  

Because of the corona measures, the meeting shall be in hybrid form: physical and online. 

• Physical: the Semi-Annual General Meeting will take place in the Kuil, het Krachtstation, at Amerikalaan 199, Utrecht. 
• Online: Microsoft Teams, you can join the teams by filling in the following code 6x678qy.

If you want to be present physically, please subscribe for this event. This way we can monitor who is present at the meeting. If you're attending online, no subscription is necessary.

If you're in a committee, you're expected to be present (either online or physical) at the General Meeting. If you're unable to come, please send an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl. If you want to authorize someone to vote on your behalf (one per person), please let us know via email as well.
