On the 30th of September, the Annual General Meeting of Study Association Storm will take place. The meeting will take place in Science Park, in the University Library, Boothzaal (M.03). The meeting will start at 17:15 and the walk-in will start at 17:00.

You can submit Any Other Businesses (AOBs) that need to be discussed during the General Meeting until Sunday the 27th of September 13:00 by sending an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl.

You will receive all the important documents one week before the meeting.

All committee members are expected to be present at the Annual General Meeting, since they will be charged into their committees at this assembly. If it is not possible for you to attend the meeting, please authorise someone to vote on your behalf. You can do this by sending an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl with your name and the name of the person you authorise. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask the Board or send an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl.
