Communities

Within Storm, we have multiple working groups, which can be found in the subtabs. A working group can be created to work on an (existing) project together. A working group can exist for shorter or longer than a year.

What makes a working group different from a committee, is that you’re able to join/drop out at any point in the year, whereas in a committee you’re charged at the beginning of the year and are expected to be active and take responsibility for the committee throughout the whole year. A committee generally has seven members and a board member, and a working group can have unlimited members and does not necessarily need board representation (although it is reccommended).

  • Do you want to join a working group? Let a member of the working group know and they will add you.
  • Want to create your own working group to work on a project together? Let the current Board of Storm know.
