On the 29th of September, the Annual General Meeting will take place of Study Association Storm. The meeting will start at 19:15 and the walk-in starts at 19:00. The meeting will take place in the Academiegebouw.

In the coming two weeks, you will receive the accompanying documents for the Annual General Meeting, namely the minutes of the General Meeting on the Articles of Association on June 28th, 2021, the Annual Report, the Annual Account, the suggested House Rules adjustments, the Policy Plan and the Budget Estimate of the Candidate Board, and the Kolokolo charity options.

You can submit Any Other Business (AOBs) that need to be discussed during the General Meeting until Friday the 24th of September at 5 p.m. by sending an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl.

All committee members are expected to be present at the General Meeting. If it is not possible for you to attend the meeting, please authorise someone to vote on your behalf. You can do this by sending an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl with your name and the name of the person you authorise.
