Dear members and benefactors,

On the 24th of February, the Semi-Annual General Meeting of Study Association Storm will take place. The meeting will start at 19:00 and the walk-in starts at 18:45. The meeting will take place online, via Microsoft Teams. More information about this will follow in the coming week.

To clarify the agenda points, you can take a look at the roadmap. You can see what will be discussed, whether or not there will be a voting, and what percentage of votes is needed for approval. 

In the coming two weeks, you will receive the accompanying documents for the General Meeting, namely the minutes of the Annual General Meeting on September 23rd, 2020, the Semi-Annual Report, the Semi-Annual Account, and the Semi-Annual Budget Estimate. 

You can submit Any Other Business (AOBs) that need to be discussed during the General Meeting until Monday the 22nd of February at 5 p.m. by sending an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl.

All committee members are expected to be present at the General Meeting. If it is not possible for you to attend the meeting, please authorise someone to vote on your behalf. You can do this by sending an email to bestuur@stormutrecht.nl with your name and the name of the person you authorise.
