BayWa r.e.
BayWa r.e. is a company developing wind energy projects in the Netherlands from beginning to end. They are interested in the possibilities of developing a wind power project in the Lage Weide industrial area in Utrecht. They want Storm Student Consultancy to assess the possibilities, as well as possible limitations and barriers. This includes technical aspects such as using GIS to analyse the possible placements of wind turbines and it also includes aspects like contacting important stakeholders in the area, discussing the possibilities with the municipality and much more. This is a very transdisciplinary and challenging sustainability project.
